Home is more than the place we live. It’s also the community we belong to—the schools that help our children grow and the organizations that help our neighbors thrive. I want giving to be a year-round part of my work, with a personal connection to the people I serve. By supporting a cause you choose, we can turn your next move into something meaningful for both your family and your community. Together, we can extend that support further than I could on my own.

When you buy or sell a home with me, I donate 20% of my take-home commission, after my brokerage split and fees, to a school of your choosing, with no cap on the donation amount. If you prefer, you may select a community organization or nonprofit instead. The gift can be made in your name or anonymously, according to your wishes. There is no additional cost to you; the donation comes from my earnings and is woven into the real estate transaction you’re already making. It’s a way to move forward while helping the community around you flourish.
