My sister, Lesley, met realtor Carrie Negri at an open house next door to her home in Kentfield. Lesley was quite impressed with Carrie’s warm, positive, and engaging attitude and her knowledge about the market. When I needed a realtor soon after that, Lesley recommended Carrie to me, and I found Carrie to be exactly the realtor I needed.

Carrie started our first meeting with an introduction to herself and a description of her goal to find a place that was a good fit for me, and how we could proceed. She also offered good advice for me to consider in looking at places and had a well-organized plan of places to look at. That day, we went from one place to the next, and by the end of the day, after seeing many condominiums, I decided on the one I wanted. Carrie then helped me think about how I wanted to make an offer. Unfortunately, another offer was made as well, and Carrie again helped me think through how to decide what would feel right to me to offer on this second round. Luckily, my second offer was accepted!

Since then, Carrie has helped me as I’ve needed with various details in the process of closing the sale and getting settled. She has always been easy to reach, friendly, never pushy, supportive, and knowledgeable, including about where to get additional help when I’ve needed it (such as for work on the condo). It has been a huge pleasure to work with Carrie, and I highly recommend her!
